Police report

Between Tuesday, July 31 and Monday, August 6 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Kasha Denise Drake, 46, 107 Herberts Street, #A, Thomaston, theft by shoplifting.There were 86 calls for service including: one animal complaint, one fireworks, 25 security checks, one theft, one shoplifting, one loud music, two welfare checks, one domestic, two foot patrols, 14 suspicious persons/vehicles, one accident, one ambulance needed, eight alarms and one improperly parked car.They issued 11 citations including: one operating with learner’s permit, four speeding, one striking a fixed object, one DUI, one passing in a no passing zone, one following too closely, one failure to yield and one failure to dim headlights.
