Police report

Between Tuesday, January 29 and Monday, February 4 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests: Allison Elliott, 18, 523 Grove St., Barnesville, failure to yield and driving without a license; Michael Ndem, 19, 915 Carrington Pk., Jonesboro, headlight violation and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Steven Fuller, 61, 4622 Yeager Rd., Douglasville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Percy Welch, 23, 2934 Thornwood Dr., Macon, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Daquawn Andrews, 28, 200 Southland Dr., Apt. E-2, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Letory Burney, 41, 29 B St., Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Kieth Puckett, 26, 105 Shannon Ln., Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; There were 166 calls for service including: two fights, two fireworks, 42 security checks, two loud music, two recovered property, two burglaries, eight domestics, five foot patrols, eight suspicious persons/vehicles, one speeding, four accidents, one hit and run, six escorts, one civil matter, 10 alarms, one missing person, one 911 hangup, one mental subject and two wanted/stolen. They issued 55 citations including: six possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one no tag, three expired tags, one driving while license suspended or revoked, one permitting unlicensed person to drive, two driving without a license, one wrong class of driver’s license, five no license on person, one failure to maintain insurance, one driving on suspended tag, seven speeding, four handsfree law, one failure to maintain lane, one failure to yield, seven failure to stop and one headlight violation.
