Between Saturday, Dec. 26, 2009, and Friday, Jan. 1, 2010, the Barnesville police department made five arrests: Courtney Baker, 657 Fredonia Church Rd., Barnesville, possession of marijuana; Marcus Banks, unknown address, Barnesville, resisting arrest and parole violation; Carlos Jackson, 13 Washington St., Barnesville, theft by shoplifting; Darrell Jenkins, 596 Gordon Rd., Barnesville, DUI and driving while license suspended; Ulysses Lawrence, Fredonia Church Road, Barnesville, driving while unlicensed and head light violation.
