Police report

Between Tuesday, June 11 and Monday June 17 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests: William Oglesby, 36, 108 Redbud Dr., Barnesville, driving on suspended license; Dallas Davis, 59, 117 Hwy. 41 N., Lot 26, Barnesville, driving with suspended tag, DUI and tail light violation; There were 162 calls for service, one fight, one rape or reported rape, three animal complaints, 25 security checks, three thefts, two burglaries, eight domestics, four foot patrols, 14 suspicious persons/vehicles, five suicides/attempts, four speeding, three accidents, two intoxicated pedestrians, four escorts, one bond approval, 11 alarms, one damage to property and two 911 hangups. They issued 32 citations including: one driving on suspended license, one operating with learner’s permit, one no license on person, one failure to use signal, two driving with suspended tag, one move over law, nine speeding, two DUI’s, two failure to maintain lane, one failure to yield, one tail light violation, four seatbelt violations, one criminal trespass, two expired tags, one theft by shoplifting, one possession of marijuana and one animal complaint.
