Police report

Between Monday, October 21 and Sunday, October 27 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Dana Courtway, 30, 3839 New Hope Rd., Zebulon, DUI, open container, failure to obey traffic control device, failure to stop for officer and reckless driving.There were 149 calls for service including: four fights, two prowlers, three burgarlies, six domestics, 17 suspicious persons/vehicles, one suicide/attempt, nine accidents, one hit and run, one escort, one civil matter, eight alarms, one fire, two damage to property and one wanted/stolen. They issued 32 citations including: one tag violation, one no tag, five expired tags, one no license on person, one expired license, one no proof of insurance, two move over law, two speeding, nine failure to obey traffic control device, two reckless driving, one DUI, one failure to stop, one tag light violation, one no brake lights, one open container and one no thru trucks.
