Police report

Between Monday, November 4 and Sunday, November 10 the Barnesville Police Department answered 122 calls for service including: two animal complaints, two loud music, one criminal trespass, one prowler, one welfare check, one burglary, three domestics, 16 suspicious persons/vehicles, one suicide or attempt, 10 accidents, one escort, 12 alarms, two drug traffic, three damage to property, two 911 hangups and one wanted/stolen.They issued 37 citations including: one tag violation, four expired tags, one driving on suspended license, one expired license, one driving on suspended tag, one move over law, two speeding, three handsfree law, one failure to report accident with injury/death, two following too closely, one failure to stop and 19 theft by shoplifting.
