Police report

Between Monday, November 18 and Sunday, November 24 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Jerrod Foster, 31, 137 Cameron Cir., Barnesville, theft by taking;Isabel Lugo, 46, 644 Maynard St., Barnesville, speeding, DUI, open container, seat belt violation, disorderly, obstruction, improper turn and failure to maintain lane.They answered 141 calls for service including: four fights, three juveniles, one loud music, 14 domestics, 20 meet in person, three foot patrols, 19 suspicious persons/vehicles, one suicide/attempt, 13 accidents, one hit and run, nine escorts, 11 alarms and one fire. They issued 34 citations including: six expired tag, one permitting unlicensed person to drive, one no license on person, one improper turn, one driving with suspended tag, seven speeding, four running red light, one failure to use turn signals, one driver to use due care, one DUI, one passing in a no passing zone, one failure to maintain lane, one failure to stop, one seat belt violation, one open container, one theft by shoplifting, one disorderly, one criminal trespass and two obstruction.
