Police report

Between Saturday, Jan. 16, and Friday, Jan. 22, the Barnesville police department made two arrests:William Brown Jr., 5602 Harbormist Dr., Powder Springs, resisting arrest;Tomika Watson, 118 Bradley Cir., Barnesville, theft by taking.Officers answered 113 calls for service including seven accidents, three alarms, one EMS assist, 27 building security checks, one burglary, one criminal trespass, three crowd control, two damage to property, seven disturbances, three dog complaints, four domestics, 23 escorts, one fight, one juvenile complaint, seven miscellaneous, two noise complaints, four prowlers, one reckless driving, six suspicious persons/vehicles, three thefts and two 911 hang-ups.
