Police report

Between Monday, March 16 and Sunday, March 29 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrest:Curtis Passmore, 34, 407 Woodall St., Barnesville, warrant out of Spalding County;Charles Crummie, 45, 149 1/2 Georgia Ave., Barnsville, damage to property.There were 392 calls for service including: two fights, 167 security checks, one burglary, one theft, one littering, one loud music, one open door, 17 domestics, 21 foot patrols, 64 suspicious persons/vehicles, two suicides or attempts, five accidents, two hit and run, 18 escorts, 12 alarms, one fire, one damage to property, one gas drive off and one unwanted person.They issued 12 citations including: one expired tag, one animal at large, one no tag, one speeding, two failure to stop, one laying drag, one leaving the scene of an accident, one no tail lights, one headlight requirements, one failure to dim headlights and one operating unauthorized vehicle with blue lights.
