Between Tuesday, May 19 and Monday, June 1 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Xiomara Ruiz, 25, 44 Bleachery St., Barnesville, sale, delivery or distribution of marijuana and possession of drug related object;Jontavious McFadden, 29, 119 Thurman St., Griffin, possession of firearms by convicted felon, reckless driving and discharging a firearm in city limits;Brian Wyke, 30, 8 Jenkins St., Barnesville, disorderly;Tyrone High, 45, 527 Ward Dr., Barnesville, simple battery and criminal trespass;Gary Maynard, 28, 469 John Paul Rd., Juliette, driving on suspended license and suspended tag;Jessie Turner, 23, 125 North St., Barnesville, driving on suspended license;Randal Rothbauer, 60, 225 Mitchell Dr., Barnesville, disorderly;Kayla Turner, 30, 281 Crane Rd., Zebulon, violation of T.P.O. and obstruction;Jamirus Crawford, 26, 417 Collier Rd., Barnesville, driving while license suspended, giving false name and tag light violation.They answered 499 calls for service including: five fights, one animal complaint, three fireworks, 126 security checks, one theft, two loud music, one prowler, two welfare checks, two burglaries, 35 domestics, 58 foot patrol, 66 suspicious persons/vehicles, eight suicide/attempts, seven speeding, three accidents, one hit and run, two escorts, 18 alarms, two fires, 12 damage to property, one unwanted person and one wanted/stolen.They issued 81 citations including: four possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one tag violation, one alteration of tag, nine no tag, three expired tags, five driving while license suspended or revoked, four no license on person, two driving with suspended tag, 13 speeding, one failure to use turn signals, five handsfree law, one DUI, one failure to maintain lane, nine failure to stop, two no tail lights, three headlight violation, two tag light required, two no brake lights or working turn signals, one spotlight/foglight/auxiliary light violation, one failure to dim headlights, two window tint violation, one open container, one simple assault, one giving false name to officer, three disorderly, one criminal trespass and one theft by taking.
