Police report

During Monday, July 27 and Monday, August 3 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Christian Couch, 28, 519 Bush Rd., Barnesville, failure to maintain lane and two counts DUI;Jessie Faron, 26, 3800 8th Ave., Columbus, no tag, driving without a license and failure to maintain insurance;Clarence Sensley, 47, 3830 Will Lee Rd., College Park, possession of cocaine, DUI and possession of drug related object.They answered 265 calls for service including: 62 security checks, one burglary, 16 domestics, 41 foot patrols, 21 suspicious persons/vehicles, six speeding, two accidents, one hit and run, 10 escorts, seven alarms, one damage to property, one harassing phone calls, one alarm and four mental subjects.They issued 39 citations including: one no tag, five expired tag, one driving on suspended license, one driving without a license, one failure to maintain insurance, three driving with suspended tag, one too fast for conditions, 15 speeding, two reckless driving, two DUI, one failure to maintain lane, one no tail lights, three seat belt violations, one criminal trespass and one theft by taking.
