Police report

Between Monday, August 24 and Monday, August 31 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Billtavis Raines, 32, 42 Jackson St., Yatesville, possession of firearms by convicted felon, possession of drug related object and possession of cocaine;Michael Sinclair, 32, 126 Oakhaven Ave., Macon, no tag, failure to maintain insurance and driving while license suspended.They answered 218 calls for service including: one animal complaint, 41 security checks, two thefts, five burglaries, 10 domestics, 59 foot patrols, 19 suspicious persons/vehicles, one suicide/attempt, six speeding, five accidents, two intoxicated pedestrians, five alarms, three damage to property and two mental subjects.They issued 26 citations including: one no tag, four expired tags, one driving on suspended license, two failure to maintain insurance, one loud music, one driving with suspended tag, six speeding, one running red light, two failure to stop, one headlight violation, one loud music, three disorderly house, one disorderly and one criminal trespass.
