Police report

Between Saturday, Feb. 13, and Friday, Feb. 19, the Barnesville police department made four arrests: Damion Carter, 418 Wilson Ave., Rome, driving while unlicensed and defective equipment; Martha English, 172 College Dr., Barnesville, mortgage fraud, forgery and theft by deception; Carlton Glenn, 6968 Sandtown Lane, Stone Mountain, theft by gas drive-off; Oscar Williams, 9A Jenkins St., Barnesville, driving while unlicensed and defective equipment. Officers answered 91 calls for service including eight accidents, four alarms, two EMS assists, 14 building security checks, one crowd control, two damage to property, two dog complaints, five disturbances, three domestics, 20 escorts, one fraud, one gas drive-off, one harassment, 10 miscellaneous, two noise complaints, one sexual assault, two suicide attempts, six suspicious persons/vehicles, two thefts, two traffic control and two welfare checks. They issued 82 citations including two defective equipment, two driving while unlicensed, two expired tag, one improper passing, 64 parking violations, three seat belt violations, seven speeding and one theft by gas drive-off.
