Between Monday, January 4 and Monday, January 11 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrest: Lewis Settle, 65, 115 12th St., Barnesville, possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamine. There were 148 calls for service including: one fight, two animal complaints, 36 security checks, one shoplifting, two welfare checks, four domestics, 13 suspicious persons/vehicles, one speeding, seven accidents, one intoxicated pedestrian, three escorts, 16 alarms and three damage to property. They issued 10 citations including: one shoplifting, three expired tags, one driving without a license, one speeding, one failure to secure load, one failure to maintain lane, one failure to stop and one window tint violation.
