Between Tuesday, January 12 and Monday, January 25 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Robert Wynn, 57, 1459 Eisenhower Pkwy., Macon, failure to maintain lane, striking a fixed object, expired tag and DUI;Quanesia Walker, 23, 305 W. Anderson St., Oglethorpe, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA controlled substance and failure to maintain lane;Antonio Little, 25, 138 Fallin St., Thomaston, theft by taking;Achaia Holmes, 21, 912 Bethel St., Thomaston, theft by taking.There were 454 calls for service including: one animal complaint, 232 security checks, five thefts, five entering an auto, one burglary, 13 domestics, 40 foot patrols, 22 suspicious persons/vehicles, three speeding, seven accidents; two intoxicated pedestrians, one hit and run, five escorts, 29 alarms, five fires, six damage to property and one harassing phone call.They issued 34 citations including: two possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, five expired tags, two no license on person, one failure to maintain insurance, four speeding, one running red light, one handsfree law, one striking fixed object, one reckless driving and one DUI.
