Police report

Between Monday, July 12 and Monday, July 19 the Barnesville Police Department made the following arrests:Morgan Allen, 24, 210 Old Milner Rd., Barnesville, unauthorized use or distribution of drugs;David Rutland, 27, 234 Mill St., Barnesville, battery;Rachel Chilton, 40, 853 Van Buren Rd., Barnesville, driving without a license, speeding and two counts DUI.They answered 135 calls for service including: one fight, 31 security checks, one theft, one burglary, seven domestics, nine suspicious persons/vehicles, one speeding, three accidents, five alarms and five damage to property.They issued 17 citations including: one concealing tag, one driving while license suspended or revoked, one driving without a license, one operating with learner’s permit, one no license on person, one failure to maintain insurance, five speeding, one handsfree law, two DUI, two failure to stop and one headlight violation.
