Police Report

Between Monday, Aug. 8, and Friday, Aug. 12, the Barnesville police department made five arrests:Darnell Caslin, 25, 1249 Highland Ave., Macon, armed robbery;Rodrico James, 36, 116 Carey J. Buckner St., Barnesville, possession of cocaine;Demaria Myles, 29, 1213 Thicket Way, Decatur, forgery;Jontravious McFadden, 20, 101 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, armed robbery and aggravated assault;Anthony Parson, 25, 256 Railroad St., Barnesville, armed robbery.Officers answered 48 calls for service including three animal complaints, one threat, three burglaries, three domestics, 16 foot patrols, six suspicious persons/vehicles, one speeding, two accidents, seven escorts, one alarm, one drug arrest, one forgery and three armed robbery. They issued two citations for speeding.
