Between Friday, Oct. 7, and Friday, Oct. 14, the Barnesville police department made nine arrests:Randy Hayes, 45, 301 Atlanta St., Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Dmario Harp, 18, 304 Brown St., Barnesville, DUI alcohol;Marcus Colquitt, 17, 334 Atlanta St., Barnesville, DUI alcohol;Levi Garrison, 21, 612 Zebulon St., Barnesville, DUI alcohol;Henry Milam Jr., 52, 723 Holmes St., Barnesville, DUI alcohol;Tom Hicks Jr., 38, 176 James St., Forsyth, DUI alcohol less safe;Carlos Cunningham, 30, 102 Lyons St., Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;Kerry Brown, 44, 632 Greenwood St., Barnesville, DUI alcohol;Tyler Rodriguez, 20, 2009 Tiffany Lane, Jonesboro, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.Officers answered 50 calls for service including one animal complaint, one theft, one welfare check, three burglaries, two domestics, 23 foot patrols, five suspicious persons/vehicles, one assist, five accidents, six escorts, one missing person and one damage to property. They issued 18 citations including two possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, one operating a vehicle with a learner’s permit, three speeding, one disobedience to traffic control device, two laying drag or reckless conduct with auto, five DUIs, one passing in a no passing zone, two failure to maintain lane, one failure to stop at stop/yield sign and one open container.
