Between Saturday, Oct. 15 and Friday, Oct. 21, the Barnesville police department made five arrests:Carl Bynes, 22, 759 Tyrone Rd., Union City, first offense disorderly conduct;Lanetra Hardin, 33, 107 Parkview Drive, Apt. B, Barnesville, battery (aggravated);Kamilla Hughley, 33, 234 Mill St., Barnesville, first offense disorderly conduct;Yonieca Wilson, 27, 206 Chaffin St., Barnesville, first offense disorderly conduct;Kristopher Jackson, 21, 906 Forsyth Yatesville Rd., Yatesville, first possession marijuana less than an ounce.Officers answered 31 calls for service including two fights or disorderly conduct, three burglaries, one domestic, 10 suspicious persons/vehicles, five accidents, one escort, seven alarms, two 911 hangup calls. They issued 38 citations including one possession of marijuana, one display of license plate, one no tag, one driving on suspended license, one no license, one expired license, one failure to maintain insurance, one no proof of insurance, one suspended tag, 21 speeding, one impeding traffic, one failure to yield, one tag light violation, three safety belt violations and two disorderly conducts.
