Between Friday, July 13, and Friday, July 20, the Barnesville police department made two arrests:Ashley Hughley, 26, 156 Moury Ave. SW, Apt 3403, Atlanta, theft by deception;Joseph Molina, 45, 24 Fouse St., Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked.Officers answered 195 calls for service including three fights, two animal complaints, one juvenile complaint, five security checks, one loud music, one prowler, nine domestics, 33 foot patrols, eight suspicious persons/vehicles, two suicide attempts, one motorist assist, six speeding, four accidents, nine escorts, seven alarms and six damage to property. They issued 23 citations including two expired tags, two driving while license suspended or revoked, one driving while unlicensed, one no license on person, one expired license, one improper U-turn, two driving with suspended tag, seven speeding, one improper backing, one DUI alcohol less safe, one failure to maintain lane, one tail light violation and two seat belt violations.The police department will have concentrated patrol on Greenwood and Atlanta streets.
