Poll: Open juvenile records, proceedings

There is strong sentiment that, in light of our recent crime spree, juvenile court records and proceedings should be open to the public.Of 210 respondents in an unscientific poll done by barnesville.com, 133 (63.33%) favored opening records and proceedings while 68 (32.38%) felt they should remain closed.
