Suggested Dessert: Edward’s Lemon Meringue pie for $4.99.Potato and Pork Chop Bake3-4 baking potatoes, peeled and sliced thin1 large onion, thinly slicedsalt and pepperseveral pork chops1/2 cup milk (enough to cover bottom of baking dish)Grease 13×9 casserole dish. Layer beginning with potatoes first, onions next, salt and pepper lightly. Make as many layers as you wish. Sprinkle a little flour, about 1 tsp. before pork.
