The facility is located at 100 Legacy Park Drive, Barnesville, Georgia. The main purpose of this permit amendment is to add monitoring and record keeping requirements for fuel stock type and tracking of emissions, which will not affect emissions. The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) has prepared this Title V Operating Permit Amendment in accordance with Title V of the Clean Air Act. This permit amendment will be enforceable by the Georgia EPD, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and other persons as otherwise authorized by law.
