At the date and time of the seizure Stephanie Frazier was in possession and constructive possession of the said United States currency. Defendant was travelling on Interstate 75 in Lamar County, Georgia, and was stopped for traffic violations by a Deputy with the Lamar County Sheriff’s Office. Upon greeting the Defendant, the Deputy smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from Defendant’s vehicle she was driving. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded the above-listed banded and vacuum sealed property in addition to THC oil, a quantity of marijuana, and other drug related items.
