Upon approaching the vehicle, the Deputy smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle and/or Defendants yielded the above-listed banded and bundled property in addition to a quantity of marijuana and a handgun. Gibson had an active warrant from Albany, Georgia, and both Farmer and Gibson showed prior convictions for drug offenses.
