You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking to establish title to the below described property against all the world was filed on the 21st day of December, 2015, in the Superior Court of Lamar County, and that by reason of order for service by publication entered by said court on the 7th day of April, 2016, you are hereby commanded to be and appear at said court within 30 days of the date of the order for service by publication to answer said petition and file pleadings before the court.
