At the date and time of the seizure James Clay Davis, was in possession of the said vehicle. Defendant was the driver of the above-described vehicle when it was stopped for traffic violations by law enforcement officers with the Barnesville Police Department on and around Veteran’s Parkway in Barnesville, Lamar County, Georgia. A probable cause search of the said vehicle yielded a quantity of methamphetamine along with drug related objects. Defendant was also found to have prior felony drug arrests and convictions. The above-listed property was used or intended for use, directly or indirectly, to facilitate a violation of Georgia’s controlled substance laws in Lamar County, Georgia, punishable by imprisonment for more than one year and was found in proximity to a quantity of methamphetamine. In the course of that encounter it was discovered that James Cato was in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine.
