The facility is located at 100 Legacy Park Drive, Barnesville, Georgia. The primary purpose of this permit is to identify and consolidate existing State and Federal air requirements applicable to Piedmont Green Power, LLC and to provide practical methods for determining compliance with these requirements. If reimposition of the Educational Sales Tax is approved by the voters of Lamar County on March 16, 2021, proceeds to be received from the Educational Sales Tax of up to $13,200,000 shall be used to pay principal of and interest coming due on the Bonds. The School District may apply interest earnings or other funds available in the debt service account maintained for the outstanding Bonds to assist in the retirement of the Bonds. All remaining funds from the Educational Sales Tax will be used to fund, (i) renovations and improvements to existing school buildings, including the primary, elementary, middle, and high schools, maintenance facilities, fine arts center, and the central office; (ii) acquisition of school buses, transportation vehicles and equipment, and maintenance vehicles; (iii) acquisition of computers and system-wide technology upgrades; (iv) upgrades and renovations to athletic facilities and physical education equipment; and (v) textbooks, furnishings, band instruments, vocational equipment, and safety and security equipment. 5.
