The Spalding County sheriff’s office is seeking the public’s help in solving a strong of burglaries and ATM thefts.News release from Capt. Tony Ranieri follows:The Spalding County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating numerous convenience store burglaries and ATM thefts that have occurred over the past 3 weeks.According to Sheriff Dee Stewart other jurisdictions have been having similar burglaries at convenience stores and that the perpetrators are the same.Authorities are looking for a Blue/Tan Ford Explorer (Eddie Bauer style), Green Ford Explorer; White in color Chevrolet Lumina APV mini van, information authorities obtained from the stores surveillance system. We were also able to obtain photographs of the suspects according to Stewart.Both suspects are black males. First suspect is medium to heavy build, 5’09 to 6’01; the second suspect is slim build, possibly 5’07 to 5’09.
