Lamar County Recreation Night at Trojan Field is this Friday night when the Trojans host Northeast Macon in their Region 4-AA opener. All local recreation players and cheerleaders wearing their game jerseys or uniforms will be admitted to the game free of charge. Players should be there by 6:45 pm as they will be recognized on the field prior to the game. Advance tickets will be on sale for $5 each at the high school and middle school and Slice’s Pizzaria on Main Street all day Thursday and until one o’clock Friday. Admission at the gate on game day is $7. Kickoff for the Trojan vs. Raiders game is 7:30 p.m.
