Relay for Life kickoff is Monday

On Monday, December 5th, at 6:00PM the American Cancer Society Relay For Life® of Lamar County will officially get underway as event volunteers and participants gather at Barnesville First Baptist Church, CFLC Building, for a kickoff rally to launch their fundraising efforts for 2012. The rally will celebrate the success of the 2011 Relay For Life of Lamar County, which raised over $41,000, with awards and recognition. Then celebrate the start of the new 2012 Relay season with important new information, resources, and excitement!
