Joshua Ray Stephens and his art exhibit, Return of the Prodigal, will be the Lamar Arts show from July 1 through Aug. 30 at the Depot. A reception will be held Friday, July 8, from 6-8 p.m. The art is being hung today from 1-4 p.m. While the Depot will be open Fridays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Stephens, a comic artist, was born in Barnesville and spent the first 24 and a half years of his life here. He is the son of Rebecca Jones of the Moonflower Garden Club, which will host the reception.
