Kate Evelyn Richards Liz and Dave Richards of Louisville, Ky., announce the birth of their daughter Kate Evelyn Richards at 12 noon Nov. 22, 2010 at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville. She weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 19 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Lee and Leesa Woodall of Barnesville. Maternal great grandparents are Wendell and Betty Barnes of Macon. Paternal grandparents are Michael and Sue Richards of Trussville, Ala.
