Robert John Adams, age 42 of Barnesville, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 from injuries he received in an auto accident. Robert was born in Griffin, Georgia on December 27, 1972. He is preceded in death by his father, William Randall Adams. He was employed by Townsend Tree Service. He is survived by his wife, Lee Ann Adams; children, Tyler Adams, Austin Adams, Rylee Adams, Brittany Eason, Ashley Adams, Kelly Adams, Stephanie Adams; grandchildren, Carter, Gabrielle, Zachary and Trent; his mother and step father, Doris Ann and Russell Drafton; brother, Bo Dean Drafton; sister, April Lynn Adams; grandmothers, Louise Beatty, Joyce Feltman; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sandra and James Lawson; sister-in-law, Angel Lawson; nieces and nephews, Michael, Lucy, Gracie Lynn, Aiden and Hannah; several aunts, uncles and cousins. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 5:00pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Visitation will follow the services.
