Rosemary Balsamic Pork Loin

Giant Mart has pork tenderloin for $2.99 lb. Ingredients: 3 lbs. boneless pork loin 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp. olive oil 6 sprigs fresh rosemary 6 sprigs fresh thyme 2 tbsp. steak seasoning 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper 6 cloves garlic (crushed) 6 slices bacon Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush tenderloin with olive oil and vinegar. Cut six slits in the loin and place crushed garlic in each one. Place the steak seasoning, black pepper, 4 sprigs chopped rosemary and 4 sprigs chopped thyme in a small bowl together. Rub the spice mixture into the loin. Place 2 sprigs of thyme and rosemary on it. Wrap the loin in bacon, making sure to wrap the sprigs of rosemary and thyme. Bake for 40-45 minutes. It’s done when internal temperature is 165 degrees.
