Ruffians, troublemakers sentenced

The following cases were adjudicated in Lamar superior court July 5 with Judge Bill Fears presiding. ’¢ Alton McKinley, statutory rape: revoked 15 years, 10 months and 28 days probation, stay away clause. ’¢ Christian C. Mitchell, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute; bond granted. ’¢ Damien K. Carter, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, crossing guard lines with drugs or weapons, distributing drugs near a park, possession of a drug related object: bond denied. ’¢ Ray S. Byrd, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute: bond granted. ’¢ Jeremy M. Ennis, possession of meth, burglary and conspiracy: seven years in prison, $800 restitution and fees. ’¢ Kellie A. Stokes, two counts theft by taking: remanded back to probation. ’¢ David Littiken, possession of meth: three years probation and $500 fine plus surcharges. ’¢ Cameron Shannon, VGCSA (meth): remanded to drug court.
