The Sagon RV operation in Van Mar Park off Hwy. 36 near I-75 in Lamar County joined Carter’s in announcing a business closing today. Sagon will shut down its operations at the close of business Monday, April 6, according to general manager Billy Ross. ’It is not because of a lack of business, it’s because of the financial crisis in our country. We have people coming in every day to buy RVs but we can’t secure financing for them,’ Ross said.
