Mr. Samuel Tristian Coley, age 18, of The Rock, in Pike County, passed away October 5, 2015. He grew up in Pike County and was a 2015 honor graduate of Pike County High School. He was a nursing student at Gordon College in Barnesville and a member of Vega Community Church where he was very active in the youth group. While in high school, Tristian played football, soccer, and ran track. He was currently playing for the Pike County Recreation Soccer Team. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald ‘PawPaw’ Coley, and his great-grandfather, Edwin Thomas Wilson. He is survived by his father and step-mother: Todd and Mandy Coley of The Rock; mother: Rhiannon Wilson Bishop of Tobins Port, IN; brothers and a sister: Tyler Coley, Trenton Coley, Mikayla Coley and Coen Coley; grandparents: Earlene Coley of Meansville, Sharon and Shaun Garrett of Milner, Susan Williams and Darrell Williams both of Concord; step-daddy cousin: Ricky Bishop of The Rock; uncles and aunts: Mike Coley, Randy Coley both of Meansville, Michele and Trent Granger of Molena and Melissa Williams of Concord, Derrick and Jennifer Snelson of Greenville; great aunts and a great uncle: Annie Jean and Thaddus Wheeler of Meansville and Patsy Trussel of Reynolds; special friend: Kyrstyn Boyt of Thomaston; numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, October 7, from 6-8 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 8, at 2 p.m., in the Vega Community Church with Pastor Ken Horton officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
