Ingredients:1 cup cooked quinoa1 tbsp. cornstarch1/4 tsp. black pepper4 oz. shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese1 lb. reduced-fat pork sausagecooking sprayPreheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients and form into 1.5 inch balls. Put on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake for 18 minutes or until browned.
