Former Trojan kicker Tyler Scandrett is working as the first string placekicker for the South Carolina State Bulldogs of Orangeburg, S.C. In his first game, the Bulldogs walloped Benedict College 63-0. Scandrett, a true freshman, was perfect, successfully converting nine PAT chances. He did not attempt a field goal. The Bulldogs played at Clemson Saturday.
