Lamar County parents are invited to participate in the Annual Title I Quality & Improvement Parent Survey. The survey will be available online from April 9, 2014 until May 1, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. Survey results are used to help the district review what activities parents deem important to help them as a parent and to make improvements for student success. Included in the survey are the opportunities to comment on the district’s Parent Involvement Policy, the Equity Plan, and the district’s improvement plan called the CLIP. If parents do not have a computer or other digital device that allows them access to the Lamar County School System’s website, they may go to their child’s school, the local library, or call Amy Banks at 770.358.5891. Visit http://www.lamar.k12.ga.us to access the school system website then click on the ‘School Quality and Improvement Survey’ under Parent Involvement column.
