Green Lamar County High School senior wide receiver/defensive back Qua Searcy has announced that he will join his friends, classmates and Trojan teammates Lance and Lawrence Austin on The Flats by officially committing to sign to attend school and play football at Georgia Tech. Searcy is considered by many to be the best all-around athlete ever at Lamar County. The Austins announced their intentions on Monday and Searcy made his announcement Wednesday via Twitter.
