Skip Seda resigned from the Milner city council Monday night. He was critical of county commissioner Jason Lovett and Herald Gazette publisher Walter Geiger then stalked out.
Seda said he was not resigning from the solid waste authority. “I plan to see that through for the citizens of Milner,” Seda said.
