McDaniel, failure to register as sex offender: revoked three years probation, remanded. Zanarey J. McDowell, theft by receiving stolen property: administrative probation, banned from Towaliga circuit. Bradley J. Blackburn, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute: revoked two months probation, record purged upon paying $256. Hugh D. Arnold, possession of meth: two years in prison. Richard Barrett, possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon: motion for bond denied. Robert Haralson, sexual exploitation of children: five years in prison, five years probation. Hannah Bree Scott, theft by taking: seven years administrative probation concurrent with similar Upson County sentence, banished from Towaliga circuit. Evan Jacoby Scott, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance: three years probation, $1500 fine plus surcharges. Dnorrious Rashad Barrett, theft by taking: restitution. Corry Hugh, theft by taking: restitution. Derek Jermaine Wilkerson, theft by taking: restitution. Travis Leroy Ball, arson: bond set at $20,000 cash. Travis McCavitt, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drugs with intent to distribute: bond set at $25,000. Chancellor Savonta McIntyre, VGCSA (marijuana): 12 months probation, $500 fine plus surcharges. Aubrey Duran McGinty, three counts theft by taking: three years in prison. James Lee Bunn, theft by taking: two years in prison.
