Sex offender going back to prison

By Walter GeigerA sex offender out on probation is going back to prison after violating her probation consorting with two juvenile victims.Janathia Latrese Jones, 24, drew some notoriety at the time of her original arrest. Then 18, she was convicted of performing oral sex on and wearing a phallic device to have vaginal sex with a 14-year-old victim.She did time in prison and was released on probation. Last month she was arrested after being spotted in a car with a 16-year-old minor female at the probation day reporting center. Investigators found she was having an ongoing affair with the 16-year-old and had contact with a second, even younger girl.Judge Bill Fears revoked her probation July 11 and sent her back to prison for three years.Jones’ most recent address was listed as 1123 Drewery Ave. in Griffin.
