Once again, local authorities are removing sex offenders who are on probation from the streets of the Towaliga Judicial Circuit during peak trick-or-treating time on Halloween. At 4 p.m. October 30 all probationary sex offenders must report to the Jackson Probation office at 4 p.m. and remain there until 10 p.m.
