District attorney Richard Milam announced Friday that Sgt. Chris Webster of the Lamar County sheriff’s office has officially been cleared of all wrongdoing in the shooting death of Brian Keith Giddens Feb. 8. Webster shot and killed Giddens who was holding Rachel Sanders hostage with a cocked .410 shotgun to her head.
