Between Saturday, July 16, and Friday, July 22, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests:Kenneth Leon Gardner Jr., 20, Barnesville, in park after hours, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of alcohol under age, alcohol in recreation area and open container;Robert John Adams, 38, Griffin, DUI alcohol and speeding;William Jason Nichols, 30, Barnesville, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of methamphetamine;Jessie Nicole Burke, 26, Barnesville, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of meth;Darrell Winfred Moore, 50, Barnesville, state sentence;Jerrod Ortavis Foster, 23, Barnesville, state sentence;D’Teric Terriel Shannon, 24, Barnesville, state sentence;Deborah Mae Bates, 49, Griffin, arrested for another agency;Bradley Eugene Stout, 40, Barnesville, enticing a child for indecent purposes and sexual exploitation of children;Austin Steven Gilliland, 18, no residence given, driving without a license and DUI alcohol;Jason Michael McCullough, 31, Barnesville, no tail lights, reckless driving, no license on person, DUI alcohol and failure to stop for stop sign;Joseph Christopher Mueller, 18, Barnesville, possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana;Damien Kimron Carter, 27, Barnesville, possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana;Reginald Romond Foster, 28, Barnesville, possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana;Christopher Lafayette Walker, 28, Barnesville, possession, manufacture, sale or purchase of marijuana;Jimmie Arnoz Taylor, 20, no residence given, probation violation;Wayman Eugene Harris, 58, Griffin, DUI alcohol, violation of conditions of limited driving permit, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to stop for stop sign;Jason David Rowe, 24, Griffin, probation violation;Thomas Eugene Wells, 26, Griffin, second degree criminal damage to property;Mandrickas Jontrail Buckner, 26, Barnesville, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of cocaine;Kelvin Allen Carter, 35, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and obstruction of an officer;Tony Smith, 51, Thomaston, serving time;John Thomas Wright, 24, Marietta, following too closely and driving while license suspended or revoked;Christopher William Salsgiver, 20, Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked.Deputies answered 156 calls and the 911 center answered 95. Deputies responded to 31 calls, the Barnesville police department responded to 29, Lamar County fire department to 19, Barnesville fire department to three and Mid Georgia Ambulance to 41. There were 12 accidents. Deputies issued 23 traffic citations and served 42 warrants and 32 subpoenas or civil papers.
