Sheriff’s Report

Between Saturday, Sept. 3, and Sunday, Sept. 11, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests: Terrell Lee Knight, 39, Milner, arrested for another agency; Carey Donyeil O’Neal, 37, Barnesville, child support; Holly Charlene Leach, 47, Barnesville, obstruction of an officer; Antonio Constinteno Melchor, 35, Riverdale, probation violation; Steven Douglas Hall, 45, Barnesville, deposit account fraud; Ron Victor Sargent, 32, Milner, driving while license suspended or revoked, no tag or decal or expired or improper tag and criminal trespass; Corry Jarrod Debari, 25, Barnesville, public drunkenness; Kevin Andre Maurice Neal, 31, Miami, Fla., arrested for another agency; Lance Leontes Garrett, 23, Lawrenceville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Johnathan Allan Wheeler, 28, Griffin, warrants pending; Charles Steven Mann, 55, Barnesville, arrested for another agency; Roshunda Deann Shaw, 28, Thomaston, serving time; Joshua Keaton Robinson, 19, Griffin, reckless driving, no tag or decal or expired or improper tag and speeding; Adrian Lavar Pridgon, 33, Tifton, possession of a firearm or knife during the commission of a crime, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act and other charges; Jeffery Matthew Bunn, 40, Barnesville, arrested for another agency; Charles Edward Goddard, 26, Barnesville, no tail lights and DUI alcohol; Kelvin Deon Blackmon, 36, Barnesville, probation violation; Staci Ann Sheffield, 35, Forsyth, theft by taking, entering an auto, first degree criminal damage to property and driving while license suspended or revoked; John Anthony Parrott, 52, Milner, child molestation; James Bonnell Crook, 65, Forsyth, DUI alcohol and failure to maintain lane. Deputies answered 121 calls and the 911 center answered 97. Deputies responded to 39 calls, the Barnesville police department to 27, Lamar County firefighters to 24, Barnesville fire department to one and Mid-Georgia Ambulance to 59. There were 11 accidents. Deputies served three warrants and 20 traffic citations.
