Sheriff’s Report

Between Saturday, Sept. 25, and Saturday, Oct. 1, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made the following arrests: Tontela Teonyata Fergurson, 35, Thomaston, DUI alcohol, failure to maintain lane and driving while license suspended or revoked; Tyree Lamar Virgin, 32, Barnesville, arrested for another agency; Kenneth Michael Robinson, 28, Griffin, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, weaving over roadway and no seat belt; Patrick Harley Register, 28, Byron, arrested for another agency; Jatori Lamont Davis, 24, Milner, obstruction of an officer, driving without a license, failure to stop for stop sign and parole violation; Kimberly Renee Burris, 39, Cleveland, Tenn., possession of a firearm or knife during a crime or attempt to commit a crime, possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Deltinaud Toussaint, 36, Vidalia, no charges listed; James Alvin Fletcher, 46, Barnesville, DUI alcohol; Scott Lee Marchant, 39, Barnesville, driving while license suspended or revoked; Dylan Cody Ray Sapp, 19, Sharpsburg, DUI alcohol and possession of alcoholic beverage under age 21; Conner Albert Gilbert, 20, Barnesville, possession of alcoholic beverage under age 21; Willie James Dorsey Jr., 27, Thomaston, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Roberto Vasquez, 28, Douglasville, driving without a license; William David Osteen, 26, Griffin, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; Christopher William Salsgiver, 21, Barnesville, DUI alcohol, open container and driving without a license; Mary Ryan Moore, 20, Griffin, open container and possession of alcoholic beverage under age 21; Eric Alfonza Fletcher, 37, Barnesville, two counts theft by taking and criminal trespass; Aubrey Durand McGinty, 32, Griffin, criminal trespass and two counts theft by taking; David Blake Crews, 42, Barnesville, child support; Jacqueline Jamie Patrick, 29, Milner, contempt of court; Brandon Keith Fennell, 19, Williamson, consumption, purchase, furnishing or sale of alcoholic beverage under age; Stanley Clayton Singleton, 19, Molena, consumption, purchase, furnishing or sale of alcoholic beverage under age. The sheriff’s office answered 167 calls and the 911 Center answered 88. Deputies responded to 23 calls, the Barnesville police department to 27, Lamar County fire department to 24, Barnesville fire department to three and Mid GA Ambulance Service to 39. There were 16 accidents. Deputies served five warrants and issued 27 traffic citations.
